The following pictures are images that best represent America, or more accurately, what America is at its best.

Image one is the Greeley City Hall. Civil engagement has always been a core part of what defines America. The Constitution guarantees you the right to voice your grievances against the government.

-3: Images two and three are pictures of the Weld County Courthouse. America's founding documents state that all humans have unalienable rights, and that it is the duty of the American government to protect these rights.

Image four is of the tiny replica of the Statue of Liberty outside the courthouse. Liberity is one of the first things people think of when imagining America. The statue is meant to act as a guiding light for people to follow in search of freedom.

-7: Images five, six, and seven are all small businesses in downtown Greeley. Entrepreneurship has always been a key part of the American identity, the ability to take an interest of yours and make money with it.

-9: Images eight and nine are both restaurants in downtown Greeley, but they represent far more than they seem at first glance. America's identity has always been that it is a country with multiple cultures all merging into one shared identity, this is best seen in America's food. If I were to ask you what your favorite "American" food is, I can almost guarantee its origins are somewhere else.

The last picture was taken in the Rocky Mountains. While there are undoubtedly many other countries with mountains, both the Rockies and the Appalachians are uniquely distinct in their appearance, ecosystems, and cultural significance.
